ILAI membership
Membership opens November 15 with a 14-day digital trial. Signature, Preferred and Pinnacle connect scheduled bloodwork with daily analysis; ILAI Record works with the lab reports you already get.
No account, card or payment is needed for the waitlist.
Review membership pricing, testing details and eligibility before choosing whether to begin.
The digital trial introduces ILAI’s record and analysis. Tests and collection kits are not included in the free trial.

Every new Signature, Preferred and Pinnacle member receives a complimentary Dexcom Stelo glucose biosensor with a 30-day supply of sensors, subject to device eligibility and phone compatibility. Signature is one payment a year; Preferred and Pinnacle can be paid upfront or in 3 payments. The welcome kit ships after paid membership begins, not during the digital trial.
A blood test shows your glucose on one morning. A month of continuous readings shows how it moves after the meals you actually eat, a walk after dinner or a short night, and ILAI puts each meal beside the curve that followed it. See how ILAI uses glucose data
Memberships are not yet available in New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island. Eligibility and testing are subject to physician review.
The 14-day digital trial includes up to 3 imported lab reports with analysis, 14 days of briefs, up to 5 Ask ILAI questions in any 24-hour period, and 1 appointment summary. Meal logs, symptoms and check-ins are not limited. Tests and collection kits are not included.
Starting the digital trial requires an account and a card. Your selected paid membership starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Membership prices, charge dates, testing details and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm enrollment.
Signature is $999 a year. Preferred is $1,799 a year and Pinnacle $2,799, each also available in 3 payments ($649 and $999). Bloodwork is included in all three; Preferred and Pinnacle add at-home checks. ILAI Record, the app with your own lab reports, is $399 a year.
