For individuals

Your health, read as one.

Every app holds a piece of you. Every morning ILAI reads the health record you bring together, from years of lab results to the doses you confirmed and last night’s sleep, and tells you what changed, what it means for you and what to raise with your clinician, with the figures behind each line.

What ILAI reads for you, and what it tells you.

The morning briefWhat changed overnight and since your last draw, what it means for you, and the one thing to do today, with the figures it used.
Ask about your own labsAsk in plain words. ILAI answers from your own draws, computes the statistics itself, and shows the dates and values behind every line.
The morning check-inILAI says what synced overnight from your watch or ring and what did not, then asks how the morning feels. It asks; it never fills a blank with a guess.
Follow-up that reads your planILAI asks you to confirm a dose, reminds you of a draw, and comes back to a question it raised. If you don’t answer, it backs off. An unconfirmed dose stays a gap in the record, never a guess.
The ILAI ClockYour estimated biological age, its range, and the markers that drive it, blended with PhenoAge from your own blood work. It moves per draw, and ILAI says what moved it.
Your clinician in the loopOn your own, ILAI tells you what to raise at your next visit. Care-team messaging is available through participating practices: you can message your practice from Today, and the clinic view puts what needs review first. Clinical decisions stay with your clinician, and changes are applied only by your clinic’s team.

Questions.

Can I use ILAI without a clinic?

Soon. ILAI for iPhone is coming to the App Store as a free download, and your first lab report is read free. A subscription adds the daily brief, Ask ILAI and the record of your medications and supplements. Join the list and we’ll tell you when it’s live. If you have a clinic, the letter above asks them to offer ILAI.

Does ILAI change my doses?

No. On your own, ILAI reads your record and tells you what changed, what it means and what to raise with your clinician. It does not propose or calculate doses. Through a clinic, ILAI can propose a dose change to your care team with the calculation behind it; an authorized practice account records acceptance, nothing changes until it does, and prescribing responsibility remains with the treating clinician.

What does it cost?

On your own: the app and your first lab report are free, and a subscription adds the daily brief, Ask ILAI and the record of your medications and supplements. We’ll publish the price when the app is live. Through a clinic: your clinic explains its pricing. Creating a letter here is free.

What do I need?

On your own: an iPhone with Apple Health, and the ILAI app from the App Store once it’s live. Apple Watch works directly; Oura and Whoop work through Apple Health. Android isn’t supported yet. Through a clinic: your practice onboards you and sets up your login, and for practice deployments we set up secure private access on your phone. ILAI’s messages arrive in the app either way.

Who sees my data?

On your own: you. Through a clinic: you and your clinic’s team. The services that run ILAI (such as hosting, AI processing and email delivery) process it to provide the service. Your data is never sold or used to train AI models. How ILAI handles data.

Will you contact my clinic?

Only if you choose “Send it for me” or tick the follow-up box. We mention your name and nothing about your health.
